The Planika Forma 2300 Range is a large built in ethanol firebox collection designed for expansive indoor spaces where a long, architectural flame feature is required. Supplied as an all in one firebox insert with casing and automatic ethanol burner, the Forma 2300 creates a premium fireplace without the need for a chimney, flue or gas connection.

With its impressive scale, the Forma 2300 is ideal for luxury homes, large open plan interiors, hotel lobbies, restaurants, commercial lounges and high end architectural projects.

Key Features

All In One Fireplace Insert

Each Forma unit is supplied as a complete fireplace solution, with the casing and automatic ethanol burner included. This helps simplify specification and installation compared with creating a custom firebox enclosure from separate components.

Advanced BEV® Technology

The Forma 2300 uses Planika’s patented BEV® Technology, which burns ethanol vapours rather than liquid fuel. This produces a real flame with clean combustion, no smoke, no ash and no traditional wood fire mess. 

No Chimney or Hard Connection Required

The Forma 2300 does not require a chimney, flue or fixed gas connection. Only electrical power is required, giving designers and homeowners more freedom when planning a built in fireplace for modern interiors. 

Zero Clearance Installation

Forma is designed with zero clearance capability, allowing the fireplace opening and surrounding finish to be created from a wide range of materials when installed according to Planika’s requirements. This makes it ideal for custom joinery, media walls, feature walls and architectural fireplace surrounds. 

Long Burn Time

The Forma 2300 with FLA4 1990 has an 11.7 L fuel tank and offers up to 10 hours of burn time. FLA4+ versions are designed for longer operation between refills, making them ideal for hospitality and high-use residential settings. 

Clean Indoor Flame

Forma runs on bioethanol fuel, producing a genuine flame without wood smoke, soot or ash. It is a refined alternative to wood or gas fireplaces in interiors where conventional flue installation is not practical.

Burner Options

FLA4

FLA4 is Planika’s premium fully automatic linear ethanol burner, designed for high end built in fireplace installations. It uses BEV® Technology to create a clean line of fire without a chimney or hard fuel connection, and includes remote operation, automatic refuelling and smart control features. 

FLA4+

FLA4+ provides the same advanced linear flame technology as FLA4, with a larger fuel tank for extended burn time. It is best suited to luxury homes, hotels, restaurants and commercial interiors where a long operating time and reduced refuelling frequency are important.
