Frequently Asked Questions

Will my bio ethanol fire heat my room?

Yes it will, but as Biofuel fires are non fan forced like a heat pump for example, the heat will rise as opposed to being pushed around the room (convection heat). For heat output ratings see the product description guide next to the fire you are interested in and check out our Heating Guide.

Are bio ethanol fires safe?

Yes. Absolutely, as long as instructions are followed and care is taken then they are 100% safe. All fireplaces can present some danger if mistreated, but compared to other fireplace options, we do believe our Biofuel fires are the safest on the market.

Where can I buy bio fuel?

We do sell Bio Fuel that can be collected from our showroom in either 5l, 20l, or 200l quantities. We courier BioFuel in minimum of 20l quantities nationwide door to door excluding rural. See FUEL for ordering.
