Nationwide Delivery Service

Fast New Zealand Delivery From Our Distribution Warehouse to your home

Our Auckland showroom and expansive distribution centre support fast delivery and a wide range of options year-round.

We deliver orders ourselves using our own vans and driver fleet throughout Auckland.

For North and South Island customer deliveries outside of Auckland — including Tauranga / Mount Maunganui, Wellington, Queenstown, Wanaka, Christchurch, Nelson, and surrounding regions — we use an experienced, professional, and reliable furniture logistics company to deliver your pieces directly to your door. 

Delivery costs vary depending on distance and volume (m³) of your order. This is calculated in Checkout. 

Shipping Promotions and Island Exclusions

On occasion, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions that cover most regions in New Zealand but exclude the following islands:

  • Kawau Island
  • Waiheke Island
  • Great Barrier Island
  • Chatham Islands
  • Stewart Island
  • Other remote islands where special shipping arrangements are required

Orders to excluded islands will incur additional shipping fees. If free shipping is applied in error, we reserve the right to adjust the fees and will contact you to confirm before processing.

Customer Order Pickup (Click-to-Collect)

Customer order collection is available at our distribution centre in Rosebank road, Auckland. 

For order pickup, or click-to-collect, we don’t charge for freight or handling fees.

If you call or email us to request a quote or place an order, please let us know if you would prefer to collect the order, or have delivered. 

Please allow us time to confirm your order and to pick the items required for collection, usually 1 - 4 business days. In the event of any issues with your order or unforeseen delays, we will contact you.

We will notify you by email or text when your order is ready for collection. Please wait until you receive our notification before arranging to collect your order. 

Please bring with you proof of purchase, an order confirmation or invoice.
