Who we are

This website, nakedflame.nz, is operated by Design concepts ltd, trading as Naked Flame NZ. Our address is 72 Barrys Point Road, Takapuna, Auckland 0622, New Zealand.

Prices

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Prices don't include delivery unless stated. We may change prices at any time, but the price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.

Products and availability

We work to keep product information, specifications and availability accurate. Manufacturers do update their ranges, and errors can happen. If a product you've ordered isn't available, or its price or specification is wrong, we'll contact you before going ahead. You can then cancel for a full refund.

Colours and images

Colours, finishes and natural materials such as concrete and timber can look different on screen and vary from piece to piece. Some images on this site are styled or rendered to show a product in use.

Installation and safe use

You're responsible for installing and using products in line with the manufacturer's instructions, clearances, fuel specifications and any local requirements. Use of fuel that doesn't meet the manufacturer's specification can void the warranty.

Refunds, returns and warranty

See our Refund Policy and our Warranty page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
