The EcoSmart XL900 is a 9 litre ethanol burner insert for custom fireplaces, fire pit tables and fire features. It gives 8 to 13 hours of flame at about 4.4 kW, enough for a room of around 60 m². Indoors it must be installed with a Top Tray.

The EcoSmart XL900 Ethanol Burner is a premium linear bioethanol burner designed to create striking elongated flames in custom indoor and outdoor fireplaces. As one of the most popular burners in the EcoSmart XL Series, the XL900 is engineered to deliver a long, vibrant flame that enhances modern architectural fire features and bespoke fireplace installations.

With its sleek rectangular design and minimal clearance requirements, the XL900 can be integrated into a wide range of materials such as concrete, stone, marble, timber or stainless steel, allowing architects and designers to create dramatic horizontal fire features in both residential and commercial spaces.

Powered by clean burning bioethanol fuel, the XL900 produces a real flame without smoke, soot or ash and requires no chimney, gas connection or electricity, providing exceptional flexibility for custom fireplace designs.

Safe Shut Off System

A precision flip lid extinguishing system allows the flame to be safely and easily extinguished when required.

Use and safety

Indoors the burner must be installed with an EcoSmart Top Tray. Keep the flame at least 1,500 mm from curtains and other flammable materials, and follow the installation manual.
