Personalisation Choices

Text Personalisation

Add a short custom text detail to the ash plate, such as a family name, property name, venue name, location or meaningful phrase.

Text inscriptions are limited to 35 characters and are cut using the standard “Lasercut” font. Before production begins, a proof will be provided for approval so the final layout can be checked.

Logo Personalisation

For commercial projects, hospitality venues and branded outdoor spaces, a logo can be laser cut into the ash plate. This creates a refined branded detail at the base of the Dewdrop, making it ideal for hotels, lodges, restaurants, showrooms, resorts and corporate landscape projects.

To prepare the logo for cutting, artwork must be supplied in a suitable vector format. Preferred file types are .dwg or .dxf. Image files such as .jpg, .png, .bmp or other non-vector formats are not suitable for creating the laser-cut design.

For logo personalisation, please ensure the artwork is supplied correctly:

Logos must be suitable for laser cutting. Any enclosed shapes within the design need to remain connected to the main ash plate so that internal sections do not fall away during the cutting process. This is especially important for letters, circles and detailed logo elements.
